White Wedding – Milly Johnson ✶✶✶✶

white wedding

It is the day all women dream about their WEDDING day, but will it all turn into a nightmare? Or will it be the perfect day? Bride to be Bel is planning her wedding but when disaster strikes everything turns upside down for Bel. Can she hold it all together and turn a disaster into a triumph? Ice-cream parlor owner Violet is engaged to Glyn who absolutely loves Violet, but Violet has fallen out of love with him and cannot bring herself to tell Glyn that she does not want to marry him. Will she still go ahead with the wedding? Or will she call it all off? Finally, Max was planning on a quick register office wedding until she saw gypsy brides on her TV. Max now aims to have the biggest wedding her town has ever seen. All three of the brides to be have found their perfect dresses in the White Wedding bridal shop, but will any of them actually make it to the alter?

I awarded White Wedding four stars as it was not an outstanding book for me personally however, it was one that I enjoyed and made me giggle in certain parts. White Wedding is an easy to read, fast paced story that will be over before you know it! This was the first book I had read by Milly Johnson and I cannot wait to read more by her. I loved how the three different brides all came together within the story and became good friends. You think you are having trouble in your life? Let White Wedding make you think different with the amount of drama these three brides are going through. This is the perfect book for readers who enjoy a good chick-lit, comedy, romance and contemporary story. This is a very girly book that will make you giggle, you have been warned. Enjoy.
