Blurb; Emma’s darkest secrets are buried in the past. But the truth can’t stay hidden for long.
Emma is a loving wife, a devoted mother…and an involuntary killer. For years she’s been hiding the dead body of the teacher who seduced her as a teen.
It’s a secret that might have stayed buried if only her life had been less perfect. A promotion for Emma’s husband, Alex, means they can finally move to a bigger home with their young son. But with a buyer lined up for their old house, Emma can’t leave without destroying every last trace of her final revenge…
Returning to the shallow grave in the garden, she finds it empty. The body is gone.
Panicked, Emma confesses to her husband. But this is only the beginning. Soon, Alex will discover things about her he’ll wish he’d learned sooner. And others he’ll long to forget.
My Review; Its time to prepare for Silent Victim a highly anticipated book waiting to hit your kindle or shelf from March 2018. What a brilliant treat all you readers can look forward too. I loved it!
Silent Victim had me hooked from the prologue and I did not want to put it down, this is a real page turner full of twists, turns and suspense. It is one of those stories that will mess with your head! The story is told through three main characters Alex, Emma and Luke. The story does flick from past to present throughout but the author has set all chapters and switches back and forth out clearly so the reader does not become confused.
The story as a whole is cleverly written, easy to read, fast paced and brilliant, it also contains short chapters. I awarded five stars for Silent Victim as it was the perfect read for myself and I cannot fault it at all. It had everything that makes a perfect mystery and thriller. I would highly recommend you all go buy this brilliant book now or add it to your list. You will not be disappointed.
Silent Victim is thrilling, gripping and brilliant. It will have you on the edge of your seat throughout. There’s two sides to every story… Whose side will you choose?
