My Review; How do I even begin to describe this story? It has a gorgeous, eye catching cover to begin with. It is beautifully and brilliantly written. I found it quite an emotional read in parts alongside some chilling and thrilling bits. I was beside John the whole way through this…
John with his brothers help turns into detective mode in search of answers after what he has found in a box, in his mother loft… Prepare for a bumpy ride, it’s not going to be easy. Is anyone going to speak out about what really happened or are they all still afraid of the consequences? Will dark, shocking secrets finally be revealed years later?
I don’t have a bad thing to say about this at all. Perfectly written and handled. Moving, beautiful and Powerful. Not afraid to tackle a sensitive subject!
A well deserved four stars from me. Highly recommend! I must say the way Michael has written this story is outstanding, he handled it well and I didn’t want to put it down. High praise. Ashamed to say this is the first book I’ve read by Michael but don’t worry I already have all his others waiting and have high expectations after reading this one. Very impressed!
