A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder – Holly Jackson ★★★★★

Blurb; The case is closed. Five years ago, schoolgirl Andie Bell was murdered by Sal Singh. The police know he did it. Everyone in town knows he did it.

But having grown up in the same small town that was consumed by the murder, Pippa Fitz-Amobi isn’t so sure. When she chooses the case as the topic for her final year project, she starts to uncover secrets that someone in town desperately wants to stay hidden. And if the real killer is still out there, how far will they go to keep Pip from the truth?

A debut YA crime thriller as addictive as Serial and as page-turning as One of Us Is Lying.

My Review; Now this is a must read and must have. It is so fast paced, you will have finished it before you know it. It’s an easy read. I absolutely loved it! I cannot believe this is a debut!

Brilliantly written, addictive and had me turning those pages so fast. I cannot recommend this book enough. I was beside Pippa the whole way through and she made a brilliant investigator. She managed to uncover more than she ever thought possible. There are many secrets and liars in this small town and she never gave up.

A brilliant outcome. An amazing read. One that’s going to be hard to forget. This book had me suspecting everyone and changing my mind every chapter as to who the killer was. You wont see it coming. This book should be turned into a film or series.

A well deserved five stars from me. Highly recommend. Its also going in my top twenty reads of the year. Loved it. Perfect for readers who enjoyed One Of Us is Lying.
