My Review; This is book nine in the Little Duck Pond Cafe series, but each read brilliantly as standalones. This story is perfect right now, full of love, friendship, support, kindness and hope.
This story is a little different from the others as this is mostly set in another cafe not the little duck pond cafe. A new setting. Same faces. Same town. But with a newbie Molly and her daughter Eva. Molly has recently come to the town and this is her story. She is currently battling a twisted, manipulative landlord. She should have reached out for help sooner. She soon discovers she has plenty of friends and support around her which she needs to accept. As usual the town pulls together to help her out and she quickly becomes a part of the town. Then a romantic relationship may just be on the horizon for Molly.
A beautiful story. Uplifting. Happy. Made me laugh and smile. Just what I needed right now. It felt good to be back with this lovely bunch of people and the town. Highly recommend. A well deserved four stars from me.
