My Review; Oh wow. Another belter of a book from Michael. This is a powerful, hard hitting read full of emotion. It had me believing one minute and the next, doubting myself. It’s not an easy read in parts but it’s a brilliant read. I was hooked. It was a real page turner from the first page.
I really felt for both Amelie and Dave. More so Amelie as it kind of hits her harder and in more ways than one when it wasn’t even of any her fault. I do love any books with a prison setting too so this was right up my street. Brilliantly written. Would highly recommend to you all. It also has an eye catching cover, simple but it’s a huge part to this story. Michael hasn’t let me down yet. Enjoyed it.
