*BLOG TOUR* Spring Siren – Georgina Troy ★★★★

Blurb; Slip on your sunglasses, spring has arrived!

When Finn Gallichan, the new man in artist Jools Jones’ life leaves the boardwalk to go travelling for several months she’s not too worried, she has her paintings to work on as well as keeping busy helping her grandmother run Boardwalk Books, the only second-hand bookshop in the village. She’s happy to wait for Finn’s return to pick up where they left off their relationship. That is, until she decides to secretly help a new customer trace a copy of a book he wrote years before and meets Marius Arnesen, a glass artist who, fascinated by her paintings, asks her to take part in an art exhibition.

When she begins to suspect that Finn isn’t quite the person she had hoped and Marius steps up to save someone close to her, she wonders if maybe she’s made the wrong decision…

My Review; This is book four in the Boardwalk by the sea series. I came into this series at book three so had to finish off with this one so I can go back to book one and two. Each book focuses on a new character from the town. Since I read book three I was already familiar with the town and most characters but this book focuses on Jools. The artist. Lovely jools.

I just love this little town and all the characters, it’s like being welcomed home again. It’s a very uplifting, friendly, romance filled and community coming together story. I just love everything about it. Jools is an artist, a very good artist but she also works alongside her nan in the bookshop below their home. Perfect setting. We see a lot of jools love life in this story and her friendships with the other girls. It’s a beautiful read. A break for the mind.

Loved it all. Especially Mr handsome Marius eh. Wink wink. Hot. Highly recommend. Sad to see this series end. But least I can go back to book one and two. Brilliantly written. Easy to devour. well deserved four stars from me.
