My Review; Absolutely love Matts books and this was the same. It’s a book full of hope, quotes, stories and thoughts on everything we experience throughout life whether that’s death, birth, trauma, emotions, suicide, drugs, alcohol, depression or illness. This book covers it all. Some chapters are really short while others are longer but it’s an easy read. One that’s suppose to help the reader no matter their current mindset.
He speaks truth. He’s honest. Raw. I just love him. A book everyone should read at some point in their life. Highly recommend. A well deserved four stars from me.
