My Review; Another recent buddy read with Mel from Melanie’s Reads. We both loved book one so much we went straight into book two. These are best read in order and do not work as Standalone reads. Again another brilliant five star read we both loved and enjoyed. The same characters and setting. More drama. But this time it’s too close to home when it involves Finlays ex partner and father to her children.
Can Finlay and Vero turn detectives again and save her ex while keeping her children safe? All while working on her future novels? I just love her character so much she has to be one of my favourites. I’m so excited to see what lies ahead for her in future books three and four. Patiently waiting. A must read. A must buy. Highly recommend. Enjoyed and loved by us both. Hard to forget.
