Blurb; Fearne Cotton provides practical and engaging tools to guide children to a better understanding of themselves and their feelings.
Once again, Fearne brings her breadth of experience as a parent to this second interactive book for children aged 7+. This is full of exciting, colorful activities for your child to draw, write, imagine, and explore their way to getting to know themselves better and feeling more balanced. Fearne encourages kids to learn to process their feelings independently, with a little help from her along the way. This book provides children with the space to manage their own feelings and equip them with emotional skills that they can carry into their teenage years, and beyond.
My Review; Huge Fearne Cotton fan. I devoured all this one night. A brilliant informative read. Aimed at children but even me at 28 years old I learnt a lot from this and things I can use and pass on to my own children. Plenty of tips and tricks throughout for all body parts. Illustrated throughout and great design. Easy reading. It also includes a lot of other famous faces with their words of wisdom like Joe Wicks, Tom Daly and Tom Fletcher etc. A very useful book to have in this day and age and one I believe that should be in every school library. A well deserved four stars from me. Highly recommend.
