My Review; Book one before this (Clara’s Secret Garden) needs to be read first otherwise you will not understand this story as fully as you could, does not work as a standalone. But I absolutely loved this. It is a short read which follows straight on from book one. I adore Claras character. Now she is part of a very dysfunctional family and her step sister is dating the man of her dreams and there is ALOT of family drama in this story but there is also the resolving of said issues, hope, a happy ending and an adventure awaits which I’m guessing will take us straight into the next book. It does contain the famous Duck Pond Cafe as she works their part time but this little trilogy focuses more on Clara and her family. Another book I devoured and loved and would highly recommend to you all. I am a huge Rosie Green fan. I look forward to book three already. A well deserved four stars from me.
