My Review; Awwh my heart. One beautiful story, one family, one house and three women. The story is told through Abi, Gertie and Rose from the 1940s to the 1990s. All strong women facing their own challenges and problems. All hiding secrets! However, this story is so full of love. It takes the reader back in time to family life in that era.
I felt the whole range of emotions while reading this story, it is a perfect story that I enjoyed throughout! Beautifully written. Uplifting. My first story I have read by Callie and it won’t be my last. I actually loved it and fell in love with all the ladies, the story makes you feel part of the family too. A well deserved four stars from me. Highly recommend! Just what I needed!
